**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To assist ACCA students on the exam entry process, to provide the 1st level technical support and to assist on other general enquiries.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ability to converse, read & written fluently in Mandarin
- Preferable Mandarin speaker.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year experience in related area is preferable.
- No work experience is acceptable.
- Good verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette along with active listening skills
- Customer centric mindset
- Willing to work any **5 rotational shifts in between 8am - 8pm**
- **Monday - Sunday including public holiday (2 rotational off days, 5 working days)**
- **RM 3000 - RM 3500 + RM300 KPI Allowance**
- Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Easy Access to Public Transport (LRT/KTM, MRT, Monorail, ERL, Bus and E-hailing services)
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
