**JOB SCOPE**
- **Front Desk Management**:

- Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- **Office Support**:

- Help schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Manage office supplies and order when needed.
- Assist with basic document preparation and record-keeping.
- **Any other duties as assigned by Operation Manager or Head of Support Department.**

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
