Boutique Manager

**Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales target(s) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies, e.g. focus on specific products, to meet the sales target
- Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plan to reach targets
- Conduct market research on market trend, competitors' sales to share with management
- Be responsible for simplified P&L: ie inventory, discounts, current running expenses.
- Be responsible for KPIs achievement***
**Staff Management**
- Train, position & discipline staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
- Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
- Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff.
- Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member.
- Be responsible of the planning of monthly roaster for all the staff in the store
- Ensure the grooming of the staff is aligned with the guidelines of the brand
- Participate in staff recruitment process
- Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession pipeline in the store
- Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication
**Inventory Management**
- Be responsible for inventory management, i.e. managing stock level,
- Supervise stock transfer, stock take & inventory counts
- Ensure stock and back up storage is effectively managed in an organized manner
**Customer Service (including after-sales service)**
- Ensure best customer service & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Ensure satisfactory after sales service to customers in store
- Attend to customer complaints when necessary
**Brand Ambassador**
- Act as a PR and band ambassador following coporate guidelines of the brand
**Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance**
- Ensure timely window and interior product display rotation, including new products & best seller items, in order to maximize sales opportunity and meet brand guideline,
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all time
**Administrative Management**
- Oversee all facts of store operation, e.g. billing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.
- Complete requested reports and documents
- Implement and support all security measures
**CRM**
- Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain key customers
- Implement activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 8 years solid experience in retail operations and managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry, jewelry industry experience is a preferred.
- Minimum with a diploma in retail and with GIA certificates preferred
- Fluent and good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Result oriented & sales oriented
