**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide effective end-user support for NGB.
- Building FAQ and knowledge database.
- Coaching the internal users on new and existing client onboarding process.
- Engagement with delivery and commercialisation teams on common issues and drive resolutions/solutions, either technical or through user education.
- Understanding the existing BizChannel flows and develop to-be-process for the Next Generation BizChannel platform.
- Assist in the migration planning and rollout for NGB.
- Assist to provide regular user experience report to program leadership and country stakeholders
