**Job Purpose**:
This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing and prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Responsible closing deals, create sales or and processing payments
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales, TR and database target assign
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
- Onboarding IMP partners
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
- Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
- Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Update Online portal products inform, pricing and anything related in IMP
- Promote our online portal and approach resellers buy through our online portal(IMP).
- Increase online purchase and database

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Degree holder with minimum 1 year of inside sales or relevant experience in IT industry
- Ability to do renewal of contracts is mandatory.
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
- Team player and independent worker
- IT Savvy
