As a Human Resource Manager at Orangeleaf Consulting, you'll be a key player in our dynamic workforce. Your role encompasses the full spectrum of HR Manager responsibilities, from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives. You will shape and optimize Orangeleaf Consulting HR practices, policies, and programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead HR Functions**: Oversee a wide array of HR functions, from recruitment and payroll to performance management, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, and fostering employee communication.
- **Review HR Policies**: Your role involves assessing and enhancing existing HR policies, practices, procedures, and infrastructure to align with the organization's mission and goals, collaborating closely with management.
- **Innovate and Improve**: Inject fresh ideas and innovation to boost performance, efficiency, and support Orangeleaf Consulting objectives and commitments.
- **Employee Relations**: Adept at handling complex employee relations issues through comprehensive and impartial investigations, all while nurturing a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **Analyse Employee Efficiency**: Collaborate with management to assess employee efficiency, development, and improvement programs, and propose solutions for sustainable company growth.
- **Develop HR Programs**: Create and manage HR programs, including employee benefits, performance appraisal systems, and succession planning.
- **Stay Compliant**: Maintaining knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and employment laws and regulations is crucial to ensuring the organization's compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Development or a related field is required.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Human Resource Manager is necessary, with a proven track record of implementing HR best practices.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **HR Specialization**: A minimum of 5 years of work experience specializing in Human Resources, with knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law, and Government regulations.
- **Compliance**: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: An eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
