**JOB SUMMARY**

We’re building a new team that focuses on the increasingly critical and complex area of client and supply-chain security. The Information & Cyber Security (ICS) Business Enablement and Development team will deliver a range of intelligence led ICS awareness products for our diverse portfolio of clients and third-party suppliers, transitioning ICS from a value protector to a value enabler, by proactively educating our clients, communities, and vendors on how to mitigate ICS risk.

As a manager, within ICS Business Enablement and Development, you will be responsible for creating and managing the day-to-day delivery of engaging materials and initiatives on a broad range of ICS topics, working closely with client and third-party intelligence analysts to serve up targeted interventions to those at risk. You will also work collaboratively with People Security to repurpose internal training and awareness initiatives being delivered to colleagues, so they in turn can benefit our external audiences.

You will support in leading a squad of internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the wider Group Threat Management (GTM) team, Business CISOs, Fraud specialists, customer-facing business areas, and with risk and governance stakeholders across 1st, 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defence. You will also establish key external partnerships to identify new opportunities to promote ICS awareness materials across our global network, enhancing the profile and reputation of the Bank, and positioning ICS as a value differentiator.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**

Contribute to the development and implementation of the Bank’s Client & Third-Party Intelligence (CTPI) strategy

**Business**
- Create engaging and actionable intelligence led client and third-party awareness initiatives (including presentation materials and newsletters)
- Support the Lead, Business Development and Enablement to identify new awareness initiatives that can be delivered to help educate our external audiences on how to protect themselves against a broad range of ICS-related threats
- Liaise with customer facing business areas to ensure ICS awareness messaging is integrated into Client and third-party touchpoints
- Work closely with key stakeholders across ICS as well as with business and governance teams to develop creative assets, including Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing (CABM) for external website development and Third-Party Security Risk (TPSR) for creation and deployment of awareness initiatives to third-party suppliers
- Establish a ‘drumbeat’ promotion of initiatives and outcomes on SCB media channels, including curated content centered on client experiences of cyber security incident detection and prevention
- Write compelling stories and design learning pathways to bring ICS threats to life in an engaging and meaningful way, guided by adult learning principles and frameworks

**Processes**
- Deliver in line with established end-to-end processes, established as part of the CTPI Process Universe
- Develop new processes as programmes mature and new initiatives are developed
- Conduct an annual review and refresh of existing processes to ensure they remain up to date and adhered to

**People & Talent**
- Partner with CISOs across the globe to create external awareness content in line with bespoke country and business requirements
- Work with intelligence and risk stakeholders to proactively develop communications that provide practical guidance on defending against emerging external cyber threats
- Collaborate with CABM teams to ensure successful delivery of awareness initiatives, including launch communications, sharing best practice across the Bank along the way
- Strengthen partnerships with other key external bodies (e.g., regulators, industry bodies and charities)
- Provide clear briefs to internal designers and 3rd party agencies to develop impactful awareness material, using your expertise to provide creative direction along the way to ensure content lands effectively

**Risk Management**
- Capture and report on qualitative and quantitative delivery effectiveness, including generation of key insights that enable the team to continuously mature
- Deliver materials in line with all applicable regulatory, audit and control requirements, alongside the Bank’s existing governance frameworks, without compromising on business / audience requirements or creative quality
- Fulfil relevant regulatory requests for information within the stipulated time

**Governance**
- Track and manage the deployment and delivery of awareness initiatives, identifying blockers and impediments to enable early intervention and to meet targets on time and within budget
