**Job Descriptions**
- To support the HR & Admin needs, programs and services of the company in line with company policies and programs.
- To handle all incoming calls, take accurate message and transfer to relevant personnel or department effectively
- Meet and greet visitors at reception and inform the relevant internal parties of visitor arrivals.
- Liaise with courier service on outgoing and incoming mails, packages and process courier invoices.
- To distribute and open all incoming mails unless is mark Private and Confidential for the specified person.
- Maintaining and responsible to renew Company Certification and Company Licenses for Southern Region.
- To ensure company facilities such as lift, photo copy machines and thumbprint machine in order and maintain.
- To maintain and trade staff benefits such as hostel, uniform, safety shoes and prepare the deduction list if needed.
- To ensure office maintenance such as utility bills, TNB bills and etc
- To assist on recruitment and selection process such as documentation, arrangement of interview and etc.
- To assist on compile attendance record, leave, OT Form and any document related to payroll processing.
- To lead and track and monitoring employee attendance. checking, adjustment and pairing before posting to Payroll systems.
- To lead, track and monitoring employees’ disciplinary issue and complains.
- To lead and check employees claim such as;
- Traveling Claims, Medical Claim are being process and paid accordingly.
- To lead and responsible in ensuring all employee data and records are frequently updated.
- Participating in programs to reward employees and cooperate social responsibility (CSR) such as long service recognition awards, sports and other recreational activities, community activities, further education sponsorship.
- Ensure the compliance and adherence to the company Health & safety policies,
Perform general administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
- Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.
