**Job Description**:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate clients for our training and microcredential programs. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategies.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. Set clear sales targets and provide guidance to ensure they meet or exceed their goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. Understand their training needs and tailor our offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Business Development to develop and refine sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing plans.
- Revenue Forecasting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, program development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Job Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field **(Master's degree preferred).**:

- Proven track record of at **least 5 years in corporate sales**, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate training and microcredential programs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
