We are looking for an **Internal IT Support Specialist **to join our team at Vaimo. While working with the Internal IT team, you will support Vaimo employees both in our Tallinn office and our 15+ offices globally.

Our team is small but flexible, empowering, and always open to collaboration. We always try to simplify work at Vaimo and automate everything we can. For example, we even have a Slack bot that resolves some of our tickets. If you have any ideas for a script or tool for automation or would like to develop a project of your own, we welcome you to take on new challenges.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Some work experience in the IT field, preferably on an enterprise-level
- Knowledge of the Apple/Mac/Linux ecosystem
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: you feel comfortable both talking to users on video and writing how-to manuals
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Open mindset to tackle different tasks and challenges
- English language fluency, both written and spoken

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help Vaimoers have the best experience possible with our tools
- Solve problems working independently and with other Vaimoers
- Solve requests based on JIRA (IT support desk) tickets
- Follow-up/ update ticket for every ticket to ensure timely closure
- Tickets ownership, drive to resolution and communication with Vaimoers
- Proactive monitoring of support desk tickets
- Incident handling
- Troubleshooting on office equipment (if not remote)
- Troubleshooting on VPN software and collaboration tools
- Troubleshooting on Password Reset tools and Remote Control tools
- Troubleshooting of Macs
- Improving documentation and manuals
- Improving internal processes
- Solution-oriented approach
