**General Manager Responsibilities**:
**Overall Operations Management**:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.

**Financial Management**:
Develop and manage budgets, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.

**Team Leadership**:
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

**Customer Service Excellence**:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service.

**Marketing and Promotions**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.

**Qualifications**:
Experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Financial acumen and experience in budget management.

Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.

Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
