DESIGNATION : Siebel Helpdesk Analyst - Junior Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Siebel Functional Support:

- Investigation of production issues (queries, data analysis, error reproducing) and:

- assistance to global key users and end-users to make a diagnostic of issues
- solving of simple issues in accordance with Siebel Knowledge and training
- escalation to Group support when requesting manipulations in the databases
- Deep analysis of issues and escalation of technical issues to functional (projects people who validate technical evolutions) and maintenance teams.
- Create and submit SQL queries in order modify data directly in database
- Support and examine XML language thoroughly to identify the root cause
- Siebel communication documentation:

- Training and communication on new Siebel functionalities / bug fixes
- Realization of documentation to bring a better assistance to key users/end users: quick references, training documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work (speak and write) in English
- Have basic knowledge on SQL and XML languages
- Experience in Functional Trade Organization: customer orientation, good understanding of operational processes.
- First exposure to information systems:

- ERP tool is a plus
- Siebel tool is a plus
- Customer - service oriented
- Good communication skills

Good analytical and problem solving abilities
