We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled fesh IT graduate
Position - IT Service Desk Analyst.
Location - KL, Malaysia
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Offer 1st level support and perform troubleshooting to resolve IT-related issues.
- Log problems into HPSM accurately and efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the service desk function.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly helpdesk reports to the team leader.
- Collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-paced and pressurized working environment.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Handle all contacts with openness, honesty, and respect, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related problems and queries.
- Maintain a strong customer focus in all areas of responsibility.
- Emphasize quality and actively contribute to continuous improvement within your job function.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
**Qualifications**:
- Fresh graduate with a degree certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
