Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
- Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
- Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management
- Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team
- Take the extra miles to engage with customers

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
