Technical Support Specialist

**ECS Fin** is looking for the **Talented Technical Support Engineers** like you to be based out of **Kuala Lumpur / Selangor, Malaysia**.
**You will be Responsible For/To**:
- Liaison between the customer and the offshore team
- Coordinate the issue fixes and closures
- Incident Report preparation
- Documenting the procedures and lesson learnt
- Implementing the certificates and checking the configurations
- Tracking and maintenance of the support portal
- Support for the server access, releases, patch updates etc
**Requirements**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**
- 3-7 years of experience in Technical Support Role
- Must be located in Malaysia
- Excellent professional skills, including effective written and spoken communication skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time while paying strict attention to details
- Flexible and able to adjust quickly to changes
- Demonstrated strong team work ethic
