**Position Overview**:
The L1.5 Technical Helpdesk Support Specialist at IEIT will provide advanced technical support for **server **and **storage systems** to on-site engineers. This role requires diagnosing complex technical issues, offering expert solutions, and ensuring that support services align with the standards outlined in IEIT's Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and reliability of IEIT's server and storage infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Diagnosis**:

- Diagnose and resolve intricate server and storage issues reported by on-site engineers at IEIT.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to effectively determine the root causes of technical problems.

**Technical Solution Consulting**:

- Provide expert advice and solutions for technical issues related to server and storage systems.
- Recommend and implement best practices for system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to enhance performance.

**Communication**:

- Clearly articulate technical information to on-site engineers at IEIT, ensuring comprehensive understanding and resolution of issues.

**SLA Adherence**:

- Ensure that support services are delivered within the agreed-upon SLA timeframes as set by IEIT.
- Maintain meticulous records of support interactions and resolutions to ensure strict adherence to IEIT's SLA requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Hardware/Software or a related field.

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in IT-related fields.
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting experience in servers.

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to resolve server-related operational, configuration, and installation issues.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including 24-hour shifts. Flexibility to accommodate various shift patterns is required at IEIT.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
