Help Desk Technician

As a Technical Service Representative at Quantum, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers' technical needs. With your passion for delivering top-notch support, you'll ensure seamless experiences for our customers and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance via phone, chat, or email to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, leveraging available information resources to inform your decisions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, advising them on appropriate actions to take during technical difficulties.
- Document all help desk interactions, tracking progress and resolution to ensure quality service standards.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention, ensuring timely resolutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Educational Background: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of networking, backup, and data communication systems and procedures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
