Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance via phone, chat, or email to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, leveraging available information resources to inform your decisions.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers, advising them on appropriate actions to take during technical difficulties.
  4. Document all help desk interactions, tracking progress and resolution to ensure quality service standards.
  5. Collaborate with the team to identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention, ensuring timely resolutions.

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of networking, backup, and data communication systems and procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
