Help Desk Executive

**Responsibilities**:
WORKING LOCATION : CYBERJAYA
WORKING HOUR : MONDAY - FRIDAY (9AM - 6PM)
Details:
- Provide excellent front office service by attending to all walk in/appointment clients subscribing to expatriate services
- Provide advisory to MSC Malaysia companies, ICT sector & MTEP on business process
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to Client Manager or Management
- Monitor serving time to clients for performance efficiency
- Redirect problems, requests and resolved issues to appropriate resources
- Manage all the administrative tasks of the front office
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or ** years of related working experience
- Graduate in any field from an established Institute of Higher Learning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
