Job Details:
Position : Service Desk Agent (English Speaker)

Working Hours : Shift Rotation (24/7 Operation)

Working Location : KL Sentral

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic up to RM4,000 with statutory contribution + RM300 shift allowance + insurance & leave entitlement

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Information Technology

2. Work experience (including internship) in Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

3. Fluency and Literacy in English

4. Must be able to work on shift environment

Overall Responsibility:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware & software problems, account setup and network configuration
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues and outcomes are properly logged within the ticket management system
- Please also provide your expected salary and notice period
