Service Desk Operations Manager

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing service desk teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service desk operations, including timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL Intermediate or Expert is a plus).
  • 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing service desks across multiple regions or time zones.
  • Exposure to cloud services, remote support tools, and modern workplace technologies.
