**Your Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking for an ambitious Benefits Professional to join our team. As a Benefits Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employees' benefits.

The Benefits Of Management role is extremely important as you will be developing programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees. This will be achieved through diagnosing existing programs and structure, designing, developing, evaluating and implementing appropriate Benefit programmes across the organisation.

Through close collaboration with Design Team, Broker. Insurer, HR Business Partners and HR Leaders, referencing industry benchmarks and the total rewards philosophy of the organisation, the Benefits Manager grounds decisions in sound reasoning and is able to communicate and justify rationales to others in a diplomatic and engaging manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and document existing HR policies and processes
- Oversees the design, review and implementation of all Benefits harmonization programs
- Integrate best practices into the design of proposed framework, processes and policies
- Collaborate with HR business partners and Managers to ensure consistent implementation of all programmes
- Evaluate, select, and manage third party vendors responsible for providing data or services for benefits programs, ensuring that contract obligations are met
- Review satisfaction/service level with the purchased services and that value is received for cost
- Plan for communication activities to support new/revised Benefits programmes
- Collaborate with Design Team, local stakeholders, broker and insurer for insurance renewal activities including planning, prepare data/reports, build business case, contract reviews.
- Handle Tier 2 requests, audit query
- Ensure all Benefits Program are compliant to local regulations.
- Any ad-hoc projects as assigned
