Job Description
Job responsibilities:

- Leading and providing direction to the development of pay, rewards, recognition, and benefit strategies to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment to the strategic objectives of the company
- Provide expertise in the design, implementation, and analysis of remuneration components and related areas such as incentive, employee benefits, recognition awards etc.
- Continuous planning and strategizing on employee pay, rewards, recognition, and benefit strategies to respond to employee feedback and company objectives
- Proactively equip and be familiarized with up-to-date market practices, keeping abreast of retail industry C&B trends, and keeping the company’s competitive edge in the industry
- Administer the annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus and salary review exercise

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 8 years strongly involved with planning and executing employee compensation and benefits.
- Well versed with conducting surveys for employees, market trends, competitors, to best advise management on strategic planning of competitive and beneficial employee compensation and benefits package to attract and retain talents.
- Able to lead a team to execute C&B strategies and keep employees morale high effectively and efficiently

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 per month
