**Job Summary**:
As a Human Resource Manager in our BPO company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. Your role is essential in fostering a positive work environment, developing talent, and supporting the achievement of organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the BPO organization.
2. **Employee Relations and Engagement**:
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
3. **Performance Management**:
- Implement performance management systems to set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and facilitate performance improvement plans as necessary.
4. **Training and Development**:
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth opportunities.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and deliver customized training solutions aligned with business objectives.
5. **HR Policy and Compliance**:
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on employment legislation and ensure the organization's HR practices remain legally compliant.
6. **Compensation and Benefits Administration**:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
7. **HR Analytics and Reporting**:
- Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to assess workforce trends, track key HR metrics, and support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Prepare regular HR reports and presentations for management review.
8. **Employee Development and Succession Planning**:
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure continuity of talent within the organization.
- Implement career development initiatives, mentorship programs, and leadership training to nurture talent and promote internal mobility.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within the BPO, outsourcing, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Additional Requirements**:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is desirable.
- Experience in change management, organizational development, or talent management is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
