Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Handle payroll (SQL Payroll System) and related matters (Statutory etc.) for the company included Year End EA form, Arrangement for submission monthly: PTPTN, Income tax, KWSP, Socso, HRDF
- To perform general HR functions, planning & implementation
- Prepare HR reports, conduct compensation & benefits survey from time to time as required
- To facilitate staff recreational activities and welfare matters
- To liase and establish the require HR job tasks with the local authorities such as labor office
- Liaise with Insurance Company for PA Insurance claims, Panel doctor for sick leave and Medical Claims
- Managing & coordinating all recruitment. Staffing activities
- Arrangement for staff training, HRDF claim, training material
- Implement staff Orientation slide and company organization chart
- Completed Employment Handbook within 6 months
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as may reasonably will be requested from time to time
- Handling Balakong branch operation and staff issue, etc.
- Planning and restructure the operation team from time to time

**Salary**: From RM100,000.00 per year

- Human Resource Manager: 10 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Cantonese (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
