Human Resource Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Overall, in charge of staff attendance records. Briefing staff, and staff welfare-related matters.
- Handle payroll processing and related analysis report.
- Handle the recruitment process including the advertisement, arrange interviews & etc. This includes foreign workers' recruitment & renewal processes.
- All HR-related tasks for all types of manpower - Permanent, Contract, and Foreign workers such as Payroll, handbook, terms & conditions of employment, policy, recruitment, insurance, non-disclosure agreement, induction training, training & up til resignation.
- Payroll for all manpower complete with journals is to be completed per company schedule.
- Payroll reports & reconciliation per company schedule.
- Prepare the Servicing report (SR) per company schedule.
- Prepare year-end EA and Borang E & reconcile to Trial Balance.
- HRDF Process
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
- Familiarity with an HRIS or HRMS.
- Hands-on experience with ATS software and resume databases.
- Good knowledge of labour laws.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
