**The Position**: We’re looking for **Customer Success Specialist**. The pay range we’re offering is between RM3,000 to RM4,000.
- Allowances - mobile and travel allowance where applicable

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Communications or Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in client-facing roles or customer service support
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools such as HubSpot
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Familiar with social media content management.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- An entrepreneurial spirit who is looking to have an impact on the overall success of the company
- Open to a culture of innovation, professional development and collaborating with others in a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, monitor, and improve customer-service standards, procedures, and templates.
- Handle all communications with customers and students from on boarding processes, class reminders, homework reminders, absenteeism checks, up to the completion of the course.
- Monitor timetabling, attendance, and other activities of students.
- Take ownership of customers’ issues and enquiries and follow through to resolution.
- Plan and conduct periodic surveys with customers and students.
- Analyse data and statistics and compile accurate reports with recommendations on how to continuously improve customer experience.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Provide support in product design and product development.
- Develop and implement a customer success playbook.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts.
- Assist in creation of engaging content for dissemination to customers and prospects.

**The Location **:Sunago Education is based in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya where it’s a highly accessible location and close to many amenities.
