1 Responsible for prompt delivery to customers (i.e.OEM, Industrial and Automotive).

2 Prompt submission of assigned report.

3 Responsible for master creation for SAP distribution module.

4 Fully understand and utilize SAP distribution module for work and able to advise others CS

user.

5 Monitor and analyse monthly delivery cost.

6 Responsible for delivery schedule and make sure the cost effectiveness and delivery

performance.

7 Provide constructive feedback on job, team performance and cooperation with other

department for improvement.

8 Wilingness to accept suggestion from team and others for improvement.

9 Responsibilities to keep safe of all customer service documents and confidential information.

10 Undertake training of new recruits in customer service.

11 Assist Customer Service Manager when necessary.

12 Any other job that may be assigned by superior or Management.

**MANAGEMENT EXPECTATION**

1 Work independently with supervision.

2 Able to make decision and priortise tasks with supervision from superior level.

3 Prompt and exemplary attendance.

4 Provide a high level of customer satisfaction with each customer.

5 Provide a professional attitude congruous as customer service.

6 Feedback and support from time to time to Superior.

7 Feedback and support in information gathering for ILM's logistics and inventory matter.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
