Schools Administration Executive

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Perdana University Full time

Coordinate the administrative work for the school
- Manage the flow of information among faculty members, students, and prospective students
- Co-ordinate staffing, course schedules, and facility use including classroom assignments and facility reservations for special events
- Assist the Dean and faculty with documentation required for activities involving teaching and learning, regulatory, conference, or other events
- Create and maintain school files and records
- Provide general office support
- Coordinate department/student social events as required
- Liaise with the Examination Unit on matters related to assessment and examination
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management of Perdana University

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Strong interpersonal and influencing behavior
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Resilient and able to adapt in a fast moving environment
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,861.00 - RM3,915.00 per month
