Helpdesk Support Executive

Office Location: Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, SELANGOR
Work Days: Mon - Fri
Work Hours: 9am - 6pm
Work Type: Desk bound. No travel required.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
1) Understand the core business
2) Attend to phone-in customers providing required support
3) Provide training and support to new and existing users
4) Assist in marketing events and activities
6) Assist in other administration and compliance activities
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
1. Possess 0 - 2 years’ experience in customer support and/or administration
2. Passionate about customers, passionate about the team, passionate about learning and delivering results
3. Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work under pressure and good multitasker
4. Basic computer knowledge is a requirement
5. Able to speak and write English and Malay with Mandarin as an added advantage.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Fresh Graduates / Diploma Holders / Form-6
Basic Computer literacy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
