Job Description 1. Organise, attend, and manage the operational activities related to shipping, project logistics and marine on the ground 2. To ensure operations proceed in accordance with plan. 3. Understand operation costing and able (but not compulsory) to write a quotation/EPDA 4. Establish good rapport with port authorities, customs, stake holders and customers. 5. Responsible for the proper arrangement of ship spare, project logistic from receive order, coordination, and delivery. 6. Well verse with port system and booking of lifting equipment 7. Ensures services are fulfilled with the established time frame and according to required conditions 8. Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems 9. Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base 10. Work closely and liaise with authorities 11. Write and deliver reports and statistics 12. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and HSE standards in order to maintain a safe working area 13. Able to work during odd hours and show spirit of teamwork. Job Requirement 1. Diploma in Logistics & Transportation Management or any related filed 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or material handling 3. Excellent customer service, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 4. Able to work well under deadlines and to multitask 5. Able to speak & write in English 6. Self-initiatives and able to work with minimum supervision 7. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
