To assist Architect in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling all aspect of Architectural sub-contractors.

协助建筑师规划，组织，指导，协调和控制建筑分包商的各个方。

To coordinate with Architecture sub-contractors to ensure smooth, effective and productive and timely completion of project.

与建筑分包商进行协调，以确保顺利，有效，富有成效和及时地完成项目。

To be able to identify and resolve problems effectively.

能够有效地识别和解决问题。

To ensure compliance with local authorities and consultants’ requirements.

确保遵守地方当局和顾问的要求。

To draft simple correspondences.

起草简单的信件。

To collect and compile all records and submit to Architectural Engineer or Consultant.

收集并整理所有记录并提交给建筑工程师或顾问。

Assists/supports the in all matters relating to design development and drawing.

协助/支持与设计开发和绘图有关的所有事宜。

To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

To maintain good house-keeping.

Ensure proper labour and material control.

确保适当的人工和材料控制。

To ensure the QMS systems procedures are implemented on the projects.

Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
