**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Channel & Customer Sales Development Executive to develop the Channel agenda within the business to support long term Channel Category growth and profitably increase market share.
**A day in the life of Channel & Customer Sales Development Executive**
- Responsible for supporting Channel Manager to define overall priority channels, cross category strategies and prioritized plans that deliver Channel growth based on shopper and customer requirements in line with overall market strategies.
- Responsible for identifying priority channels for each Category and work with Category Development Managers to develop tailored Category Channel plans in line with overall market strategies. Support the construction of key commercial propositions for specified category at the Channel level.
- Responsible for recommending actionable in-store solutions for the Channel overall recognizing Category/ subcategory specific requirements.
- Drives implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
- Responsible for contributing channel inputs into the Integrated Commercial Planning process by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating shopper behavior in that channel, channel specific promotional learnings, competitor analysis) and proposing channel development programs relevant to customers in that channel.
- Responsible for recommending channel promotional guidelines based on shopper/retailer understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.
- Responsible for ensuring pre and post evaluation of key channel development programs (i.e., Operation Blackjack, Operation Air Space, etc.) is conducted and share learning with all the stakeholders. Evaluations to assess both financial and executional targets/KPI.
- Accountable and Responsible for sourcing, updating and communicating latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for Nestle categories and brands.
- Responsible for working with Customer teams to define and develop appropriate channel & key customer execution, sales, and TTS targets.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.
**What will make you successful?**
- Graduate with 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
- Understands customers and the selling process. Basic knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
- Knowledge of Integrated Commercial Planning process.
- Knowledge of Market Intelligence, Category/Channel/Shopper trends and research and market data sourcing.
- Knowledge in IT/IS system & processes (inclusive BO / Power BI).
