Allowances:
1. Performance Allowance - Up to RM 1200 per Month

2. Transportation Allowance - RM 11 per day

3. Shift Allowance - Night RM1, Noon RM3per hour

Working Days: Monday - Sunday - 5 Days per week (2 Off Days)

Working Hour: 7AM - 4PM & 5PM- 2AM ( 8 Hours in rotational)

Working Location: Subang Hi Tech

FREE PARKING / FREE GYM/FREE COFFEE TEA / GAME-ROOM PROVIDED

MUST ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENTLY IN ENGLISH and MALAY

Minimum Qualification: SPM

Job Scope:
1. To attend Inbound calls from customer and assist them.

2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem.

3. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment.

4. Following up to ensure resolution.

5.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
