**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/ or subcontractors.
- Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers and internal team and other departments.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of goods between supplier to ensure that all goods are delivered to site / store on time
- Perform purchasing duties such as issue PO, DO, invoices, data key-in, documentation and filing.
- Negotiable for the best purchasing package with suppliers.
- Good attitude toward team work
