**Procurement Coordination**:
- **Assist in the procurement process from requisition to delivery.**:
- **Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and specifications.**:
- **Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery speed.**
**Order Processing**:
- **Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.**:
- **Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with terms and conditions.**
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions.**:
- **Organize and file purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.**
**Communication**:
- **Act as a liaison between internal departments and external suppliers.**:
- **Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of orders and potential issues.**
**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or other related qualification.
- At least 2 years working experiences in related field and with basic AutoCount skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good common of language in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia.
- 5 working days per week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
