We work with our friends in journalism and public relations every day to update our comprehensive, APAC-wide information platform, publish breaking industry news and host tailored regional networking and educational events.
**What you will do**:
- Working as part of a team of customer support representatives to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service, directly reporting to the Manager, Customer Support
- Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
- Support the Client Manager with client check-ins to ensure maximum client retention rates.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate and manage complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions in alignment with company guidelines.
- Foster clear communication within the team and with other departments, sharing relevant information and insights to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize Telum’s platform as well as the other customer support tools and systems to help drive customer insights.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- Determined, self-motivated, with a proactive attitude to learning.
- Optimistic and energetic, enjoys working under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
- Proven ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Excellent ‘standard written English’
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Creativity and innovation skills.
- Interest in building up editorial skills.
- Have in-depth understanding of the PR market.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- An organized approach to work.
- A customer-oriented mindset
