**Position**: Fuel - Customer Service (Level 1)

**Location **- Kuala Lumpur

**Responsibilities**
- Managing tickets in service desk, ticket logging for escalations
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction by problem solving
- Promote self-service and other value-added service products working to set targets (no cold calling).
- Managing / Scheduling new customer’s onboarding journey
- Assist customer in system setup
- Prepare and produce relevant reports (weekly/monthly
- Conduct internal trainings
- Any other tasks assigned by higher management

**What experience / skills are we looking for?**
- Excellent communications skills; demonstrating confidence and attention to detail.
- Excellent listening skills
- A desire to hit targets to maximise your earnings
- Team player
- A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet
- Preferably Mandarin & English speaker
