**P2P Accountant Opportunity**

We're seeking a highly motivated P2P Accountant to join one of the leading global conglomerates You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions from purchase to payment.

**What you'll do**:

- **Become an invoice processing pro**: You'll be responsible for processing invoices efficiently and accurately, adhering to established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- **Sharp problem-solving skills are a must**: Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and other issues promptly, keeping the process moving forward without delays.
- **Be a team player and a go-to resource**: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and proactively identify potential roadblocks.
- **Embrace continuous improvement**: Work with the team to constantly refine processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate service levels.
- **Stay compliant, stay informed**: Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- **Champion stakeholder satisfaction**: Effectively manage interactions with internal stakeholders (e.g., accounts payable, procurement, departments requesting purchases) and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- **Support a positive and productive work environment**: Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere where knowledge sharing and mutual support are key.
- **Be a mentor and knowledge source**: Train new team members and share your expertise to help them succeed.

**What you bring to the table**:

- **Education and experience**: At least a Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field, with 3 years of experience.
- **Financial knowledge**: A solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- **Process expertise**: Familiarity with the purchase-to-payment cycle, including purchase orders, invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment terms.
- **Technical skills**: Proficiency in SAP and other relevant financial systems.
- **Communication skills**: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- **Teamwork and interpersonal skills**: A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
- **Stakeholder management**:The ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- **Continuous learning**: A commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn new skills.
