**Product Specialist**
- Prepare and translate daily new product's description from Mandarin to English.
- Listing new products to online store in a daily basis.
- Responsible to prepare tabulation of courier selection based on service level and cost efficiency for incoming order.
- Managing multiple courier service providers.
- Verifying customer’s personal detail, inquiring receiver shipping information when needed.
- Assist Manager in monitoring and checking the final work of other colleagues. (To avoid error\mistakes\faulty\bug)
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

**Job Details and Requirements**:
**-**Minimum 1 years of working experience in any field.
- Work from home
- Responsible, high initiative, good communication skills, flexible mind, good at drawing inferences
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Language requirement: Fluent in Mandarin to fulfil translation task and communicate with Mandarin speaker co-worker. Fluent in English.
- Bonus points: Familiar with Japanese Anime, Anime stuff, artwork collection, hand work, decoration etc.
- Extra monthly BONUS will be given based on working performance.
- Wages are paid through Bank Transfer.
- OT fee will be paid, 1.5 times of the original salary in terms of per hour, paid with monthly settlement.
- Interview will take WeChat as platform (No other alternate options). If HR's WeChat were not added as friend one day before the interview, the session will be closed by default.

- 每日新产品的资料翻译与准备
- 负责把新产品上架到网店
- 为客户购买的订单准备国际货运供应商列表
- 追踪订单的物流状态，并及时回复解决客户提出的与包裹物流状态有关的问题
- 与国际货运供应商对接，核实订单的发货信息，并在有需要时及时与客户确认收货信息（部分邮件需要在周末及时处理）
- 协助经理监督和检查其他同事的个人工作状况并进行汇报
- 完成经理安排的其他工作

**岗位详情和需求：**

**-**拥有1年以上的工作经验
- 大专以上学历
- 居家办公
- 拥有至少1台Windows系统的笔记本/电脑（苹果系统与本公司使用的软件/代码不适配）
- 工作时间：周一至周五，早上9时至下午6时。视上新需求，每周大概会有2天需要在晚间（包括周末）上新产品（主要是爆款产品）到网站，时间是晚上8时开始，约1个小时左右。晚间上新的工时会通过缩短白天的工时补回。
- 对工作有责任心，主动性高，沟通技能较好，头脑灵活，善于举一反三
- 能够熟练运用Microsoft Excel
- 语言要求：良好的中英文水平，可以和其他中国、马来西亚和美国的同事正常沟通，并且完成新品翻译的工作
- 加分项：熟悉动漫、动漫周边、手办等
- 如表现优异当月将有额外奖金
- 工资透过银行转账支付
- 会支付OT费，OT费以小时计算，为原工资的1.5倍，每月结算后将连同当月工资一并支付
- 面试时需当场完成一套测试题
- 以微信作为唯一面试平台，若面试前一天仍然未添加HR的微信账号，则默认为放弃本次面试

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
