Company Secretary

**Requirements**:
- Has at least minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in company secretarial duties.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia in terms of communication and writing.
- Good computer skills and able to operate software.
- Ability to make presentation in most variable and creative way eg: power point presentation.
- Able to perform under tight deadline and work independently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend Board of Directors’ and other relevant meetings.
- Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings.
- To prepare Notice of Meeting of Board of Directors and Shareholders.
- To schedule events and meetings for Board of Directors and Shareholders.
- Able to handle and perform admin functions such as preparing of covers letters, correspondences and maintaining proper filling.
- To liaise with suppliers and external parties for consignment billing issue.
- Ensure office environment is always neat and tidy.
- To perform any other duties as may be directed by the Management from time to time.
