**Requirements**:
- Min 3 years experience in company secretarial work
- Knowledge of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Required Skill(s): MYCOID, MBRS
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of annual return
- Prepare Minutes and Board of Directors' Resolution
- Assist with management of statutory information held within secretarial software
- To organize and coordinate the Annual General Meetings., Board of Directors Meetings, and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings
- Assist in all related duties and functions undertaken by the Company’s Secretarial Department
- Dealing with ad hoc queries from group companies/clients
- Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients
- Maintain statutory books and records and ensure a proper filing system
