Executive - Sales Planning (Avis Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement, and recommend enhancements.
- Analyse competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to aid in sales planning
- Monitor, analyse the utilsation rate of retail and standby vehicles.
- Manage and strategise sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Forecasting:

- Monitor and analyse sales trends to help forecast future sales
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure budget alignment with sales forecasts

3. Performance Analysis:

- Track, analyse, and report on key sales metrics to management, providing actionable insights
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability.

5. Sales Support:

- Provide the sales team with up-to-date information on products, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
- Prepare proposals, management approval papers, reports, presentations or others that related to sales.

6. Training & Development:

- Keep the sales team informed about the latest sales planning tools, strategies, and best practices.
- Provide training sessions when new sales planning tools or processes are introduced.

7. Other Duties:

- Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and training workshops.
- Undertake other special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Critical Skills:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any other related disciplines from a recognised institution.
- Positive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- 1-2 years' of working experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizing, time-management and planning skills.
- Excellent communications skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (writing and verbally).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
- Able to work independently as well as with the team.
- Computer literate.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
