**About the Role.**

This role required providing truly customer centric service and market leading consultative solutions is incorporated in AZEO. Hence it is imperative that this job role provides support in terms of effectively managing the expectations of clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention as well as drive AZEO's ambitious revenue and profit growth targets.

As Business Development Consultant your primary responsibilities will include:

- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

**About You.**

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

- Strong Interpersonal Skills; Communication skills;
- Ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions;
- Has a strong work ethic, proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, reliable, and someone who has the ability to honor commitment;
- Preferable with experience in sales within the corporates and relationship building (Key Account Management).
- Self-motivated and capable of organizing your routine efficiently
- Fresh graduated with money-driven person are welcome to join. Training provided.
