We are a Singapore based company.

Our main core business involves coaching and training a new generation of financial advisors to reach out to more people, transform more lives and build the business of their dreams.

We have coached more than 300 Financial Advisors in our flagship program and more than a 1000 in agency training.

We have more than 6 years under our belt in doing so.

Our clients are mainly in Singapore, with a handful from Malaysia and Hong Kong and we are on track to reaching out to more of them as we speak.

Right now, we are looking for a Business Development Consultant to be part of our company.

As the Business Development Consultant of our company, you will be responsible for driving NEW business revenue by:
Generating conversations with prospective clients

Conducting calls with leads who didn’t initially close or no show (follow-up)

Your position will play an important and crucial role in the team’s success.

**[HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU]**

You will be involved in the day to day communications with prospective financial advisors (prospects), providing value, giving insights and setting appointments for our sales representatives.

There are multiple ways to provide value and create genuine conversations which is why if you are taking on this role, you must have a **confident, problem-solving-can-do attitude.**
