**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Business Development**:Understanding recruitment practices, HR technologies, and TalentView solutions to be a strategic client partner. Responsibilities include crafting tailored proposals and engaging in the full account closure process through calls, meetings, demos, and negotiations. Participation in networking events is essential for increasing TalentView's visibility. Collaboration with the marketing team ensures consistent external communication alignment. The role extends to preparing impactful business case studies, formulating service scope pricing strategies, and prioritizing lucrative business opportunities. Leveraging industry knowledge, the individual aligns unique selling propositions and facilitates post-sales training for optimal platform utilization.
**Consultative Selling**: Listening actively to comprehend the customer’s challenges, objectives, and pain points.
**Workshop Facilitation**:Designing the workshop agenda, setting clear goals and learning objectives, and preparing materials and resources needed for the session. Managing the workshop schedule effectively and ensuring that discussions and activities stays on track. Facilitating learning and knowledge sharing among participants, guiding discussions, and offering insights or expertise to support understanding and learning outcomes.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Marketing or Business Management, and other related courses
- Technical skills required: HR Recruitment Practices, Proficient in using Google platforms, MS Office Tools, and Active Campaign
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, customer-focused, sales, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
