Salary : Basic Salary : RM2,500 + KPI Commission /Attendance (will be discuss during interview)

**Job Description**:
2. Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer's enquiries.
3. Processes and manages orders or cases via support systems and portals.
Requirement:
- At least SPM Qualification (with certificate) or any equivalent or highest qualification.
- CDD must arrange a date to go back office to take pc & have strong Wi-Fi
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no experience needed, Full training provided.
- Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday
- Excellent Mandarin and Cantonese & English communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,650.00 per month

- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
