Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating the timely renewal of licenses and permits to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement a streamlined vendor registration process, ensuring vendors meet all necessary legal and compliance criteria.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify that licenses and registrations are current and accurate, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues related to licensing or vendor registration non-compliance.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all licenses, permits, and vendor registrations, including renewal dates, expiration dates, and associated documentation.
- Generate regular reports for management, detailing the status of licenses, permits, and vendor registrations, along with any compliance issues or upcoming renewals.
- To ensure all company details such as Ministry of Finance Certificate, MOF Kod Bidang, Sijil Digital, CIDB, and SSM are up to date.
- Communicate with SSM, CIDB, MOF, etc. on any company-related matters.
- To assist in coordinating, preparing and compiling bid submission documents with tender unit in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
- To make sure that all company details in ePerolehan are complete and updated from time to time.
- Responsible for registration companies such as MOF, CIDB, and other relevant government authorities.
- To assist in preparing proposals, managing tender procedures, and coordinating with other units.
- Ensure systematic organization of all documents in strict adherence to the standardized procedures outlined in the company's policies.
- Responsible for overall General Administration of Business Development department.
- Other ad hoc tasks given by the management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in licensing, compliance, or vendor management.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to licensing and vendor registration.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for documentation and reporting.
- Have experience in handling with MOF & CIDB is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
