**Responsibilities for HR Executive (F&B Operations)**
- Conduct monthly Employee Reward & Recognition meetings for all branches.
- Maintain all operations reports, including performance tracking sheet, monthly service point report, and appraisal forms.
- Do monthly staff room inspections and submit the audit report to OM & GM.
- Arrange staff needs such as uniforms, name tags, bed, and bunkers.
- Create and follow all the foreign workers' contracts and renewals (6 months before).
- Need to maintain regular HR documentation and files up to date.
- Ensure the P&C of all company documents.
**Requirements for HR Executive (F&B Operations)**
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Preferably from 2 to 5 star Hotels.
- Well known with Malaysian and foreign workers' Law.
- Able to drive car.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and long hours in case of emergency.
- Basic knowledge in computer skills.
- **Language Required**:English, Bahasa Malaysia
- **Nationality Preferred**: Local Malaysian
- **Gender Preferred**: All Genders
