Business Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Liaison with government authorities for government related matters.
- Assist in staff hostel administration (rental, utilities payment, etc).
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Handle recruitment process for Restaurant and Head Office.
- Maintain and update the payroll process for Restaurant and Head Office.
SPECIAL SKILLS- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage).
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Has an understanding of the Employment Act and Labour Law.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Possess own transport and minimum travelling is required.
