**The Role**:Fixed Assets Shared Services Coordinator- Responsible for Fixed Asset Management in Global Shared Services Center
- Handle Fixed Asset Management for China country.

**In this role you will**:

- Create and monitor new Capex Projects, maintain well fixed asset management, monitor open projects that overdue, prepare sub report for month end closing.
- Research items and makes adjusting journal entries as necessary; downloads SAP report to complete audit workpapers.
- Assist in the tagging of Fixed Asset, physical Fixed Asset count, if required.
- Prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts within Blackline system.
- Provides support to internal and external audit and serves as SAP super user.
- Participates in Entegris continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
- Minimum two-years progressive experience in Fixed Asset Management.
- Experience in SAP and Excel.
- Experience in Power BI will be added advantage.
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve based on SAP knowledge and in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the Global Fixed Asset team, Finance department and overall organization.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience as a leader or lead a team will be added advantage.
